Minimum heated square footage required is 3000 square feet. Breath taking sunsets reflect across the waterway. Tennis, boating and swimming are within walking distance.

Wet slips and dry storage spaces are available. A typical 30' wet slip lease currently requires a one time payment of $10,000 and an annual maintenance payment of $180. The South Harbor boat hoist will launch a boat approx. 21' in length weighing up to 4000 lbs. Security, swimming, tennis, boat hoist, common area maintenance and street maintenance are included in the annual fee of $1,000.00.
